Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak periods or special launches, processing times may extend up to 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking details.

Complimentary standard delivery on all orders.

Each order includes two 1.5ml samples of your choice, allowing you to discover the collection at your own pace.

If your parcel appears delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@fitz-jamesstuart.com, including your order number and any relevant photographs. We will review the matter promptly and assist you accordingly.
